What method do you use for career coaching?
We use a structured yet personalized method.
Many coaches use a "one size fits all approach" with standard activities and prescriptions, but this disregards your unique situation and therefore can be hit or miss. On the other end of the spectrum are coaches who believe "everything you need is already inside you," and you can be left wondering whether you are teaching the coach instead of the coach guiding you.
We take a middle approach, acknowledging that you are the expert on YOU and your specific area, but that there are also tried and tested methods for achieving your career goals that can be adequately tailored and personalized to you.
Do you guarantee work?
We do not have a guaranteed work program yet. Without partner organizations contractually obligated to hire you, there are too many factors beyond our control within the various hiring processes.
